Why am I having so much difficulty getting a shop near me to give me a quote on tires and a breakdown of the costs. I am ready to strangle one of these %$@&%#@.
All I want is to get a quote for 3 Bridgestone Turanza Serenity Plus tires. However, Whoever keeps answering the phones at every shop keeps telling me about tires I DONT want. What the hell?!?!?!
I am so disgusted with these shops around here I guess I should just buy the tires off of tire rack and be done with it. Damn!.

To add more, I used to live in VA/MD area and hated all those tire stores. None of them made it easy for me to buy tires from them. The experience I had with discount tire stores was far better than the experience I had with those in VA/MD area.

Orion 603, I live in Northern VA. Specifically, the Manassas area. I'm glad to see somebody who can relate. I just gave up and decided to go with Tire rack. What kind of car do you have? I have a 1998 ES300.

if you are not in a rush, go to goodyear when they have a sale(signs up). using their credit card, you can get double rebates and the same as cash in 6 mos. I like the assurance triple tread AS
