Default Lexus emblems

I have a 2003 and the emblems are loosing the plating and makes the car look quite old. The condition of the car itself, inside and out, is stupendous so need to get these replaced. Dealer quotes $200+ for emblem (all) and $240 for labor. Sheeezzzz.

I know these are simply "glued" on with tape adhesive and can be removed, although hesitant as I don't want to scratch the paint, which still looks fabulous. From a parts perspective, have seen the full set for anywhere from $25 to $125.

Anyone have experience ordering, what to look for, what kind will lasts, best vendor, etc? Any inputs appreciated.

Amazon has them. Might want to check ebay also. They're not hard to get off or put on. Just do it carefully.

Default emblem source

Thanks for the pointers. I found them earlier but issue is range of prices ($20 to $125) and source. Has anyone actually ordered from a specific supplier and found them to last and/or the supplier standing behind their product (emblem). Lots of places to buy but how much and from whom???

Remove by heating up with a hair dryer, then gently slice thru the double-stick tape with dental floss.

Goof-off will remove the adhesive that is left under the emblems where you pull them off. Take your time.
