Like the cigarette lighter (the assembly itself)??? You would remove the trim piece below the ac controls but above the ashtray - with a flat head, gently pull it out. Then remove the bezel trim peice around the shifter to reveal two screws. In an upward motion towards you, pull out (with the shifter in D1)
You most likely just popped a fuse. Why are you replacing the outlet?

I replace the fuse not still not working but their power coming out of it and the assembly is broke but I have a hard time finding some to do because I am scared I would break something. Show me how or show me how to add a universal outlet instead of just replacing that piece n kill the hard work

There are 2 outlets usually, the one in the ashtray and the one in the center console depending on the year (my 97 has 2) not sure about 92-96? That being said it is most likely a fuse. There are two different fuses. CHECK BOTH. If the assembly does need to be replaced it is not hard, search this forum for radio removal or aux input. The steps needed to remove the radio have included pics to get you far enough to see how to remove the ashtray, it'll feel uncomfortable at first but it is easy.
