broken tooth on timing gear sprocket, help!
So doing my timing belt on my 1996 es300, we accidentally broke a tooth off of the sprocket that the crank position sensor gets its reading. We tried to jb weld the tooth back on, and it still is not starting up. Will the jb weld not work? Would i have to order a new crankshaft gear sprocket? Thanks in advance.

I know JB Weld can do wonders. I don't know if it will hold up well under the constant vibration on the crank sprocket. I would just bite the bullet and go for a new sprocket for peace of mind.
