'05 ES330 Camshaft Pulley Help
I am trying to do timing belt on 2005 ES330. In the process of removing water pump. Since i couldn't remove the two studs on the water pump. So I removed the front camshaft pulley, removed the two bolts behind it and two more in the middle. I tried pulling the timing belt cover no. 3 from the front to remove the water pump. I had a little hard time so I went a head to remove the rear camshaft pulley as well, then removed the timing belt cover no. 3 all together. After pump is replaced, put the timing belt cover no. 3 back, then the camshaft pulley. The pulley push against the timing belt no. cover so tight? Did I mess up the cover when I pull it earlier? I tried bend back and adjusted it but no luck? Any one experience similar problem? Please share some tips and trick to resolve this? Will I need to buy a new cover? If so, I you give me the part number? I tried looking for it but no luck. Thanks in advance?

Are you sure you didn't switch the front and rear cam-shaft pulleys? I believe the rear pulley has the lip on the outside, while the front one has it on the inside.
Got any pics?
I was able to remove the front camshaft pulley and six bolts on timing cover #3 and pivot it up around the rear camshaft pulley to clear the water pump.
