2003lexus3

Hey guys, new here.
2003 ES300, had someone break in the car, the broke the passenger front window. I had the window replaced. Now it's acting weird. When I press the window roll switch all the way (for it to go up all the way) it goes up, then it goes down by it self half way and stops. The only way to bring it up is by short bursts up. I have talked to the dealer they said its the motor. I figure since the motor is rolling the window that means it works. So then i ordered a new passenger side switch on ebay. It was used. How ever it did not fix the issue, the issue is the same. I figured the chances of that switch being bad as well are slim. I am running out of ideas. I tore the door apart, everything seems good.
Any advice?
