[QUOTE=iNew to the club. I have a 1998 Lexus ES300. It has 251.489. Still running smooth. Love it. Some one told me a couple of days ago I have to change my timing belt every 90,000 miles, is this true?

Just bought this beauty last week 199012 on the odo. I love this car im new to owning a luxary car so im learing all the time. But when i got it needed new sway bar links and it has a weak strut on the back passenger side. But damn this motor runs steong. Such a solid feeling auto. O do wanna check some things cause i feel like i could be getting better mpg out of it. Im open to suggesntions but over i love this car 9.8/10 easy<br/>

My 99 joined the club last night. All original engine and tranny. Replaced timing belt and water pump three times. All seals replaced once. Some hoses and other misc items. She has been unbelievably reliable.

my 2003 ES300 is in club at 200,000 miles with original transmission, engine, radiator. At 100k change timing belt, water pump, spark plug. At 200k, major changes will be timing belt, water pump, spark plug, both front struts. Hoping for another 100k, finger cross
