Default Foam seal

Hey everyone I'm new on here I have Owed two es300 both 92's I'm in the process of doing a head gasket and I noticed there are foam pieces on the end caps of the lower intake and on the timming belt backing plate mine are super soaked in oil and need to be replaced does any one know where to get these? Will foam work?

2nd my dizzy is just starting to leak on the inside i are they rebuildable? On my mr2 it's just a simple o-ring replacement

3rd anyone have the part number for the allen head bolt that goes on the end by the cam gears its next to a water jacket?

Thanks for the help

I'm not sure what kind of foam material could survive exposure to engine oil. You can't buy that separate it comes with the timing plate, it is there to catch oil that occurs when the seals start leaking. You can rebuilt the distributors, you'll need a good punch of the correct size and some patience. There is an internal bearing and seal that should be replaced, kbox.ca sells the kit.

Not sure what fastener you are talking about, do you mean the one on the plenum?

No it's a head bolt you got your eight standered head bolts under the cams, while standing in front of the car to left right next to the cam ( under the valve cover) there is a alen bolt it's about six inches long. The hole for it is next to the dal pin in the block
