Default Weapon r dragon ram intake

I have a 2005 lexus es330 and just put in a weapon r dragon ram intake a couple of days ago. My traction crontrol and engine light came on. I threw it on the dyno and plugged it in to my computer to see if there was goin to be any major issues. Everything read fine other than the sensors being tripped. Ive noticed a big diference in take off and higher speeds. Anyone else running into this check engine light business. Will it come on again? should I replace the factory ecu with an aftermarket? do i plug it back in and change my ratios? any suggestions would b great. Keep riding hard.

Did you hook everything back up proper? No you dont need to replace the ecu at all, you could try disconneting the battery for ten minutes.

Could you possibly show me how you connected everything. I have the same thing that my personal mechanic put on for me, but I received a tune-up from a different mechanic and the sensor came on. It hadn't came on in about a year or until the other mechanic gave me a tune up
