Hello,

After looking at forums on Club Lexus I finally decided to join. I own a 1992 Lexus ES300 and am curious about the key fob. It works to lock my doors but only works if I'm really close like 2 meters. Also when I lock the doors using the fob the lights don't flash or anything on the vehicle. Is this normal or should they flash to let you know the doors are locked or unlocked. I have one last question and that is the car says it has a security system but I once bumped into my car and nothing happened. Is there no alarm on the vehicle that goes off? PS I'm the third owner of this vehicle and it did not come with a manual, so I'm left in the dark about the cars features.
