94es300 overheated Radiator Needed, cost?
#16
My recent story will be depressive. The car overheated on a trip with long uphill grade and it had a new radiator. The story continues: repaired heads, replaced coolant, new OEM gaskets, new hoses, a couple different after market coolant caps. Over heated again on the next trip up long steep grades. This time, replaced the hydraulic fan with a electric turbo fan from a Jeep Cherokee. However, the shop did not add coolant, water instead. Bad thing to do. On the next trip it overheated again. Got all the water out and filled with coolant. Seems to be O.K. now, but I am still worried so I go up the steep grades with A/C off and heater on Max. Also, had a tune up done.
