ES300 Rear sub woofer
I have been quoted over $700.00 to replace my rear speaker (sub woofer)...
I have a '2002 ES300 and I am trying to locate a replacement speaker, or where I may purchase one. It can even be an after market product...I would appreciate any help in this manner.

That is a complete rip off. If I were you, I would just pick up a nice aftermarket woofer and install it/get it installed.
I know the woofer size in the premium sound system is an 8", not sure about the one you have though, I would assume that it is also an 8'' though.
