Aftermarket Navigation/Touch Screen
I am interested in putting in an aftermarket navigation into my 99. I am not looking to get a portable unit, i want one that is actually built it. Now i have been looking around this board and have seen many with the flip up screen. This look isnt for me and i dont like how it obstructs the vents. I guess i am looking for a factory like look.
POST PICTURES OF YOUR INSTALLED NAVIGATION OR TOUCH SCREEN it would be cool to see some of the differnt varieties of options out there.
I found this OEM on the internet what do you think?

Perfect timing for you. BestBuy and Circuit City are selling a Pioneer GPS Navigation for $999 installed! Today (saturday) is the last day of the sale. Best part is that you can watch DVD movies, satellite radio ready and bluetooth capable. This is not the flip-up screen. It should fit nicely in the double-din area where your Lexus navigation used to be.
I should note that I don't work for either of these companies. Just passing along a good bargain.

The Pioneer looks to be a great deal.
Just can't beat the look of an OEM unit like the first pic. I guess it's the colors and fonts of the lettering that makes it look like it belongs. Aftermarket manufacturers should seriously look at this as an option. Special order your unit from them with the OEM lettering size and ink color to match your car's interior to make it a custom fit. Wouldn't be hard too do, and the price shouldn't be too much either. I guarantee more sales if it were provided.
Aestetics are an important factor to me when looking at a car's stereo.

The pioneer does look like a good deal at $999 vs the first oem one pictured which is $1500. I would be interested to see what it actually looks like in an es 300. Anyone have this or similar?
