im not sure about the brake booster, havent heard about that one...however the vacuum line that you need connects to the intake manifold(theres only one and its usually under the manifold). so disconnect that hose so its still connected to the manifold itself. you may need a pair of pliers to disconnect the clamp.

As for the process of getting it in the manifold:
The engines natural suction should suck the seafoam into the manifold but its alot easier to have a friend to rev. the rpms to like 1500-2000 to prevent the car from stalling. other wise you have to do it slowly(very slowly or keep restarting your car).

You will need a very small, shallow tupperware to pour the seafoam in b/c the can wont fit behind the manifold. (if your rico suave like me, you can use an old spray paint can top so you dont have to do anymore dishes.)

The fun part:
After your done adding 1/3 of the can in the vacuum line, 1/3 into the gas tank, and 1/3 into the oil reservior, let her rip! rev the engine to like 3,000 rpms, 5,000rpms, then hold it at 4,000 and watch all the black/white smoke come outta the exhaust.

If your engine was really in need of the seafoam treatment the smoke will be black, if not white.

Fyi, do it in a well vented area, not in a garage....theres a lot of smoke!!!!

check the driver side firewall. there should be a BIG black round drum, opposite of the steering wheel in the engine bay. Thats your brake booster. disconnect the hose theres with a plier and slowly add the seafoam. Shut off engine, wait 5-30mins, then give it a start, may take a few attempts.

Goodluck.

^Very likely will stall out the engine so you might want to have two people. One to pour in the seafoam one to rev the gas to keep it running.

I've Seafoamed my ES, both my 240's, and a friends 300Z. I used the brake booster hose every time with no problems. The brake booster runs from your intake manifold to your brake master cylinder, simply disconnect the hose from the brake master cylinder and with the car running insert the hose into whatever it is you are using to hold the Seafoam and the hose will do all the work. The car will then stall out, don’t worry this is normal, wait 5 minutes and then restart the car. This may take a few attempts but it will restart. Then run the motor until it is done smoking.
