Squeaking Belt Caused by pully?
My 92 es3 is making a sqeaking noise under the hood where my belts are located. I noticed a lower pulley (Crank Pulley?) is wobbling which is also cause my belt to squeak? Does this mean that my crank pulley is bad and need a new one or would something internally be causing my crank pulley to wobble? For temp. use i use belt conditioner and lubrication to relieve the noise but it only works temperarily.

The crank pulley bolt is self tightening. Once put on(even half way to spec) It's going to spin itself tight. The crankshaft pulley is also keyed, so it can't slip. It's also on the end of the crankshaft. If the crankshaft is warped enough to see with the naked eye, the engine is not going to be running.
Power steering, or accessory (A/C & alt) belt is loose. Replace both & check the timing belt. It & the water pump need to be replaced every 90,000 miles.
