Yes there are a few of them here. I believe 1sicklex has one.
I used to have (before I bought my GS) a 92 Camry SE v6 with the stick.

No.
All 92-93 3vz-fe's (that's worldwide... JDM/Asian, Australian, Federal emession, CA emession)
are 185hp 199lb-ft.
In area's where the 3vz-fe was not replaced by the 1mz-fe (That's JDM, australia, and asian markets) 94+ 3vz-fe's make 200hp, 200lb-ft. <- that was achived by higher ignition and learner fuel tuning.
The only mechanical differance in any 3vz-fe is JDM 3vz-fe's have no EGR port in their manifold, or the space for the controls on the upper intake.
The only differance I can think of between an ES / Windom 3vz-fe, and a Camry 3vz-fe is that the Camry doesn't have the oil pressure sensor installed.
The M/T's are able to reach a higher speed because:
1) they don't have a roughly 22% drivetrain loss
2) they have shorter gearing

I have one. No real differences besdies the transmission size. It was way easier for me to run a down pipe and manifold for my turbo on an MT. AT is way too big to run the setup I have to clear it.

When the ES debuted, it was markets as a luxury sports sedan. I still got the brochures. It even was an Automobile pick one year. But it was still soft and most people that bought it did for the luxury, not the sport. Thus manual ESs stayed on dealer lots. By 1994, Lexus saw no market for it and when the ES got revised with the aluminum engine (3 more hp too) in 1995, they dropped the manual.
In retrospect, it was a good move. The ES is now the entry luxo king and if you want sport the IS 300 manual would run rings around my car stock for stock.

Because it was a Camry option.
The North American market numbers for the 92-93 M/T ES is known (It's somewhere on this board if you search, less than 600 I remember).
The E153 the Camry/ES used has different gearing, than the MR2/Celica did, the shifter and connections are also on the opposite side of the transmission. However they are a direct swap, and Toyota did offer the Solara with the same E153 (with a few minor syncro upgrades, added on to the '93 synchro upgrades).
Supply & Demand. There was no demand for either a coupe, or M/T, so they got axed. I don't know why I am rambling... But the '93 Camry was the end of the Coupe, with it went the v6 FWD E153 for the most part. (Obviously the Coupe came back with the Solara)
But you can do the swap.
I think the 1mz was a bad idea. It was far more expencive to produce, more nagging problems, and has weaker parts in it. Disagree? It wasn't the world-wide Toyota camry v6 until early-mid 1997.

Yeah i remember the camry with the 5sp and v6 in 92-94. As a kid i thoguht why doesnt lexus do that to make the es faster and last year i found out they did. I guesss they were tring to compete with the 3 series.
