Default Headlight cover removal

Does anyone know how to remove the headlight clear cover/lens on the ES 350? I'm looking to apply the clear coat spray to them to avoid fading (DYI YouTube video if you're interested I can post it). I'd prefer to remove them instead of taping all around the headlight and risk getting it on the paint. Any help would be appreciated.

FYI I have a 2013 ES 350.

If it is anything like the 4Runner (and it probably is) you will need to remove the headlight (which requires removing most or all of the bumper cover), remove all screws, any metal and the filters. Then place on a foil lined baking pan and place in an oven at about 250 degrees for 3 minutes. Then carefully begin the separation. You may have to bake it 2 or 3 times to get it completely separated. You then need to make sure you use the correct sealant to put it back together.

Sounds like taping might be a good idea... If the cover seal is not secured properly after the process it won't matter if the clear cover fades due to condensation inside. I would recommend masking the cover.

Or just take the headlight but don't separate and bam you have a whole headlight free.
