I've changed the oil on my 2013 350 numerous times and if this is the model you have, the housing is the same. I use a regular Pep Boys oil filter wrench and simply turn it off part way to let it drain, then remove the whole housing with the cartridge inside to change it. When finished the housing is turned on until it's seated and the "O" ring is compressed. Some members remove the small fitting on the bottom of the housing along with a tube to drain the housing first. This is also correct. The filter cartridge housing is not torqued, it is spun on until seated against the engine.
