I would like to check if I'm getting a good deal on the lease:

Miles: 10K per year
Due at signing: DMV fees only $300
First month payment is paid by Lexus.
Monthly payment: $455 tax included
Finance company: LFS
Lexus is also paying off the last monthly payment $445 for my 2013 ES 350 that I'm returning

With only 300 due at signing, it's pretty good. Ours was 47,015 and with $1k at signing came to 425 a month incl 8% sales tax for 36/10 - so about the same as yours with only 300 out of pocket. With your discount plus 2700 lease cash and comp first payment, you should be around 20% off msrp. Make sure the dealer provides Lexus Finance with the grounding note, mileage statement, and the authorization to waive the final payment so your old lease can be closed out with no glitches.

No, only $300 for DMV due at signing. I've had to go to four dealers to shop around. One was not interested in negotiating there rest of them were. So I've had to go back and fourth between the three of them to get this deal.
