Lately, I've had issues while making bluetooth calls. Whenever I make a call, the sound comes in choppy, cutting in and out. I'm not able to here my calls or even when the phone is ringing. When playing music or any other sound through the bluetooth the sound quality is perfect. I only have issues when trying to make phone calls. I have a 2013 ES300h and an iPhone 6s Plus. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do a hard reset on your phone. Hold the home and power button down until you see the apple logo, then release the buttons. I'm assuming you don't turn your phone off very often. I've seen strange issues with iPhones that are never rebooted.
