hey guys i just bought a es 350,2013 and i would like to get 20inch rims! any sugestion

Where in CA are you? You might not be able to make it very far with all the potholes we have here.

Do we need to lower the car or change the springs in order to have that look?

Why?
It will not turn it into a performance car and the ride will get very rough.
Put your money elsewhere

Well said. Been there, done that. In fact he can expect a slower 0-60 of approximately .3 seconds (or more) with the extra unsprung weight and longer braking distances.

I am getting rid of my heavy OEM 20s for forged alloy 17s.

But, if you want the looks, go ahead. The biggest I would go is 19 and 18s are big enough on this car to get the message across. The truth is no one else cares about your wheels as much as you will.

20" wheels with 245/35/20 tires all the way around. Rides great!

I like the 18" on it now, but a 19" would be nice and closing the gap some would be nice to.
