I wanted to get an idea what a 2015 ES350 with 9k miles on it (not certified) should go for from a Lexus dealer. The price listed is 35k, and it comes equipped with navigation, heated three spoke steering wheel, glass break sensors, blind spot monitor, and the luxury package.

I was thinking 33-34k is a reasonable range based on L-certified car pricing I've seen on the market and given that this one is not L-certified (not sure why yet).
