Interesting Paint
Take a look at the paint on my ES300h 2015. In certain lighting conditions, you can see lines in the reflections. Do all lexus cars have this type of paint?

I don't see them on our atomic silver either.

have you used a car wash with spray on wax recently?

Are you seeing that at any other places besides the location (a gas station, I assume) where that picture was taken? Is it visible on other panels besides the one shown in the picture? If you change the position of the car by, say, rotating it 90 degrees, does what you see change?
Also, if there is any chance that mspearl95's thought about a car wash spray wax leaving residue is correct, you could test that by using a polish by hand. If it is residue from a spray wax, the polish should remove it.

i was wondering about this last night too- if it is only noticeable at the gas station. if they use multiple tube fluorescent lighting for their overhead lights, it may throw some weird reflections on the paint.
