just bought the fortin evo-all remote start/bypass module and tried to have it installed at a professional installer... they tried and said that they couldn't do it because lexus has some kind of lock on it because of an infotainment package? does that make sense?

another forum member was kind enough to give me details about this and told me he did it himself but i am not that brave... has anyone else been successful getting this unit installed on their es300h? if so, what package do you have on your es300h? did you upgrade the fortin firmware?

There is a good You-tube video of an evo remote being installed on a 2014 ES 300H. You might take a look at that.
