Keep complaining. We did and they finally replaced one of the motor mounts which helped tremendously. Ours compared to several loaners was worse. Now it still does vibrate some, but nothing terrible. It is comparable to most of the loaners. I did notice each loaner varied a bit on how much they vibrated at idle.

To save your time, money and a headache - just take it back to a dealer. Return it if you can and go elsewhere. This is not good at all

Did anything come of this? I have '13 es350 with the same issue. It happens in Drive and the a/c off. You can feel it in the seats, steering wheel, arm rest and its really annoying. If you keep the car in park the rough idle is gone and the car feels super smooth. I do notice that the RPM increases in Park and it is lower in Drive. Could the RPM simply be too low for the car when in drive? I took it to the dealer and they said it was normal. I can't understand how a Lexus can idle like that.

You better check the engine mounting , normally there are some of them, not only one, perhaps you have to replace it all consider the car already more than 3 years old. Vibration on car when idle or when a/c running mostly come from engine mounting failed.

Hi brboot, by any chance do you remember which motor mount they replaced?

I've got a 2013 ES and have never noticed any vibration.....as someone else pointed out, you might feel a little something when the a/c compressor kicks in.

The dealership technician says everything is operating "to specification". This is a disgrace for such a high-tech, luxury car. Does anyone else notice this?
To Be honest I don't TRUST L/Certified anymore after I bought a 2017 Lexus ES350 this year.
It says no ACCIDENT...but clearly I found out the FRont bumper it's different piece and repainted.... L/Certified it's basically for them to price up $2000.......-_-
It does have 2 year unlimited Warranty on Powertrain....but Lexus already have 4year and 50k MIles... SO it's basically useless...

Answer your question that the Car it's very peaceful and hardly to notice any vibration at all during idle...

L/Certified does not say anything about prior accidents. A vehicle can be repaired and be sold with the program.

My Carfax and CPO showed no accidents, which I believe to be accurate. My bumpers were repainted to eliminate minor chips and scratches. Paint touch up is normal for a CPO.
I created an account with Lexus and it shows it's complete service history, including paint repair to the bumpers.
