Renewed mine yesterday for the $25/5 mos. plus fees. Probably could have let it expire to get the extra month, but not worth the hassle to me. The service to me is not worth their (retail) asking price.

I just got an offer that I hadn't gotten in any of my previous renewals. This time, it was 5 months for $20. That is, by a small margin, the lowest per month cost that I've seen.

So, guys be careful and make sure that you get all channels you want.

Am I missing something, here? This thread was about XM traffic. I don't know about you guys paying to subscribe to XM traffic but my 15 ES has subscription free traffic and weather. It may not be XM, but it's free.

I've been getting that for almost 2 years now I have SiriusXM Select in two vehicles for a total of $47.74 (both vehicles) for 5 months. That includes taxes and royalty fees. I just call every 5 months...and get that deal or walk away. I just renewed and my current subscription expires on 5/22/15.

Whew! After reading all of these posts I went in and checked my Sirius account and what I was paying for 3 radios. For a six month term it was $276.00 including tax and royalty fees. After 45 minutes and being on hold 3 times for about 10 minutes, I now am paying $75.00 for 3 radios for a 6 month term including taxes and royalties. $4.16 per month per radio. Over a $200.00 difference.
What a great blog...

Dealing with XM and Sirius now the combined company for over 5 yrs., I can say that their customer service has improved remarkably. Just yesterday when I called, a recorded message on-hold warned me of a 45' wait time and gave me the option of having the agent call me back at an available time at whatever number I wanted. I utilized this option and when she called me back I got everything I wanted done in about 5'. I must say that the person had a perfect understanding of what I requested in contrast to the agents of the past who were completely clueless. The last few transactions with them have been surprisingly painless, and now being onto us savvy customers who seek promotional pricing, they accommodate us.
