Just got a new LG G3 - Same problem
I have a 2013 GS350
When my S3 (Sprint) was upgraded to 4.4.2, I started having the same issues. Sprint, Samsung and Lexus each told me the problem was with one of the other two.
One week ago I bought a new LG G3 (Sprint), also running 4.4.2 out of the box, the same problem occurred - connect, disconnect, connect, disconnect, etc. Sometimes the connection would drop in 10 seconds, occasionally longer, but usually less than a minute of connectivity at a time.
If LG has some sharp tech support people, I haven't been able to find them, and I'm really frustrated at the whole runaround and lack of accountability. Samsung/Sprint still haven't rolled out even a 4.4.3 or 4.4.4 for the Galaxy 3, nor LG for the G3.
If I hear anything new I will post it here.

Mine worked then stopped working so the dealership deleted my messages and then it started working again. Said it will NOT work with over 100 messages on the phone so I keep deleting unimportant messages.

Lead Lap
For those of you with Android phones, the newest OS update will be released by Google by the end of November. It will be Android 5.0 AKA "Lollipop". People that have the Google Nexus phones get it first. No info on when other carriers - ATT, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon - will be releasing it for their users. According to information, it will contain many fixes and advancements.

Can I revive this thread?
I just bought a '13 ES350 with NAV and I am having the same issue, bluetooth disconnect and reconnects by itself.
Both my wife and I have T-Mobile Samsung phones on 4.4.2, Mine is an S5 hers is an S4, mine keeps disconnecting and reconnecting while on calls, pandora, bluetooth audio, anything having to do with bluetooth. My wife works flawlesly.
I have un-paired the phone and removed it from the car, powered off both and re-paired at least 5 times with the same result, my wife has not had one issue, all her apps work fine, her calls work, bluetooth audio works.
both phones work perfectly in my '13 sequoia with a Pioneer AVIC-6000NEX (it also worked fine with the original toyota bluetooth) and a '08 BMW 535i with factory bluetooth.
this leads me to believe that it's not the phone but the car, why would it work in two different cars and not the third one?
I believe that Lexus missed something on the bluetooth stack and that is causing the incompatibility.
My wife's phone has 4.4.4 available but I don't see the need to upgrade it if it's working fine. mine is on the latest update so there is no option to upgrade.
I honestly don't want to wipe the phone unless it is really necessary.
any help is appreciated,
Thanks,
Sam
