How to change name of phone in Audio Display
Hello to all, New to this forum and wanted to say hello and ask for help. I have a 2013 ES350 without navigation but have the Audio display. I paired mine and my wife's phone and both phones are Samsung Galaxy S4 so when I go to select phones both phones say the same number. How do I personalize these names so I can put mine and hers into the system instead of the same numbers.
Thanks
Thanks

Go to settings in your phones and change the name from the default Model Name to yours. Optional but fun is to then go into the Bluetooth settings of the ES and change the standard "Car Multimedia" to something more personal, ie., "Lexus ES" or "Our Lexi" . Now unpair your phone from the car and delete the pairing in
your phone followed by a quick re-pairing. Now your cars name will appear in the phone and your names will appear on the screen! The car will auto pair with whomever get in first and you may change to the other while driving if desired. You can even change either the phone or the music to have one phone making calls while music is available from another. Only thing it won't do is make and take call from two phones at once.

Name has been changed
Thanks to 2GSKaizen and MCOMER for your replies. I did what you said and it worked perfectly.
Now I just need to find out how to delete the first car pairing from the Bluetooth menu on the phone. I can't seem to figure it out (New to Smart Phones).
Any help with that?

Glad it worked well. I'm an Apple guy so am guessing but get into the Bluetooth menu and touch or slide the banner that shows the now defunct "car multimedia" and choose delete. No harm to leaving it idle in the phone unless you have a dozen other connections to headsets/soundbars/printers and its in the way.
