Yup just those two.
In a way, it's understandable given that Hong Kong:
-Imposes a First Registration Tax which now ranges from 40% up to 115% and this amount is applied in addition to the retail price of any new vehicle.
-Furthermore, Fuel Excise Duty is around 150% (which is added to the cost of petrol, diesel or any type of motor fuel sold in HKSAR).
As well as a list of engine displacement taxes which you can find below:

Yeah I think so too.
Anyways, the Hong Kong launch of the Lexus ES Right Hand Drive version will pave the way for other launches in other RHD markets within the Asia Pacific region (i.e. Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei.........and more importantly, AUSTRALIA = the biggest RHD market in the Southern Hempishere). This could also be launched in South Africa too.
As well as in Japan, which should be helpful for middle-aged businessmen and wealthy retirees who want something that costs less than a GS yet is not as sporty or edgy as an IS.
Should be interesting.
Now, the target end-users for the Lexus ES here in Asia are mostly premium business executives or those rich dads with wealthy families who need something more luxurious than the Asian Camry.

With that said, some times the 'taglines' that Lexus Hong Kong puts up are quite funny and/or silly.
Like this one:
The Lexus ES: "Hero for Work and Leisure."
Which is true especially for the target market of the Lexus ES here in Asia......especially for Hong Kong and Macau.
But yeah, it sounds kinda silly
Anyways
P.S.

I just wonder why they decided to not do the wood console on NA cars, I had seen this on the Japanese Website and wondered why it wasn’t on my car.
I saw a video on YouTube a while back with a 2013 ES with power folding side mirrors, I asked my dealer about that and of course they didn’t know what to tell me. I mentioned the video and they just stared as if I had two heads.
