Changing Driver Side 2009 ES350 Mirror Housing
So I backed out of my garage and hit and cracked the driver side mirror housing. The glass itself is fine. It's just the mirror cover. I found this mirror cover:

I have a couple of questions I'm hoping you people could help me out with:
1. It seems that the mirror housing is made up of two panels. Does the product I found have both the front and back panels?
2. Also, there is a white plastic mounting plate (I don't know the actual term) inside the mirror. It has also cracked. Does that come with the part I mentioned in the link above? If not, is there a part for that white plate I can order? It hasn't fully broken off so I was also thinking of gluing it.
Thanks for all for you help in advance!

My wife did the same thing on her 09 ES on the Passenger side.
She broke the plastic housing backing out of the garage but the mirror itself was in one piece, survived.
I was able to buy a whole mirror assembly minus the glass part in my color on ebay for ~$200.
You have to remove the mirror/glass first to get to the screws. you can then replace the plastic part that is 1/2 of the mirror?
IF The Outer plastic housing is also broken I think you have to pop off the door panel and remove the whole mirror.

I hope that made sense.
The part you found is great if it comes painted, which it looks like it does.
