Default Lexus 350 2007 - error code P0354 lights came back on after repair

Help - Just left mechanic for repair after Check VSC, Traction and Engine lights came on - had codes read twice - two different times and both times error code was P0354. All spark plugs and 4rth cylinder coil was changed. Now after only driving about 20 minutes, lights came back on. Work mechanic did is covered under warranty, but before I take it back in, just want to see if anyone else has had this happen or had any suggestions. Have been going to this mechanic on and off for 10 years and never had a problem.

It does not appear 4 is easy to get to :-( 1 -3 seem to be in the front and easier but not 4-6 unless they were pulling my leg? But looks like the reader is saying it's coil 1 now?! What are the chances that it would just go out one day after the other one is fixed?!

hmmm, this is good to know - I am going to ask about this specifically - thanks for sending this. The new error code definitely says it's the 1rst coil :-(
