Idle vibrations on D or R?

Does anybody feel any vibrations when the lever is on D or R?
It started to vibrate a little bit on D, when the engine is hot. No lights.
I noticed that when I shift in D there's no rpm rise.

my issue was "there was a growl when the car was idling in gear at a stop light etc. They discovered a noisy water pump seal and low coolant levels. Replaced the water pump assy and bled the coolant system. "
