2007 es350 mutiple codes HELP! PLEASE!

Default 2007 es350 mutiple codes HELP! PLEASE!

Hey guys, I need some help. I purchased a used es350 with 126k on thursday. The car was purchased online from what seemed to be a respectable dealer. upon receiving the car the battery was dead. I jumped the car and it started right up, but the check engine, VSC and traction control lights came on immediately. My girlfriend took the car to Advance auto parts and had them scan the codes, but she didn't get the code numbers. she did write down the meanings. it read the following: ECM (Engine Control Malfunction) and High or Low Power Supply Voltage. The car runs as a Lexus should but these lights are nerve recking. any suggestions? I need help.. Ok I just had the codes read and they are the following: c1201 (ECM on ABS), c1251 (low or high power supply voltage on ABS) and p0606 (ECM on the Engine) Also I noticed the low beam headlights don't work and fuses and bulbs are fine. I live in Mississippi and I purchased the car in Chicago so I'm starting feel as if I'm screwed and stuck with a lemon.

First I would put a new battery and then I would reset the lights.

I seems as if the battery is good thus far. I just believe I unluckly purchased a car with a lot of problems.

When I bought my car 3 months ago, i left the lights on so the battery died. The airbag light was on after recharge. I gave it 2 days and it cleared itself. As already mentioned, get your battery+alternator checked

Also,don't lose your hope that quick! It can be a single problem (and a probably minor one) that might trigger all mentioned lights. Do a lot of google search with the codes---that will lead you to an answer for sure...

I am also driving 2007 ES350, have had codes like P0351 (rear coil), P0301,02,03. Codes are scary when you get them and 4 dash lights-up but that does not mean your car is lemon and it can't be driven. ES is a very solid car, toyota built, since it is almost 10yrs old you need a good garage to translate the codes. Make a note of the codes and google them or on this forum and you will notice tons of info. Use this forum to look up fixes and that car is going to last you many years.
