I had my car 3 months already and I was able to get 3 free months for SafeConnect/Destination assist so I activated it this morning. Now my navigation screen is freezing up, the voice activation button on the steering wheel no longer works and its acting up pretty badly. If I disconnect the negative battery cable and reconnect it the Nav system and buttons work fine, but once I tap on the destination button it freezes the nav screen. I was on the phone with enform as well as the dealer service dept and nobody seems to know whats wrong. Totally BS. Any thoughts? Thanks
