I noticed the steering wheel is not centered when driving down the streets, admittedly Houston has some pretty bad streets, but I've had it alighned and the tires were rotated Friday, what could be the cause of the alignment of the steering wheel?

Your alignment tech did not center the wheel.

I'm getting the tires replaced, I will ask them center the steering wheel

Yep, sloppy alignment tech, thats all. Drives me nuts too. I almost always have to take a car back after an alignment because of this.

Me too. My garage guys always use that brace to center the wheel during the alignment process.
