full size spare tire
I think I got full size spare tire, does it have identical wheel and tire?
I might replace it with one, my wife already managed to scratch one rim little bit

A few years back when I bought my 2007 Es350, it was actually a $225 standalone option for a "full size spare". This was factory alloy rim (like the other 4). I figured it was a good deal anyway considering you could barely buy the MIchelin tire or the actual rim alone for that amount of money. You could of course use it as a replacement rim too if one of your other rims were to suffer any damage.
I don't remember if on my 2010 it was still an actual "option" or it may have become standard equipment.
I think it's always a good idea to get the full size if you can for the reasons stated above.

It's still an option, a $205.00 option.

Just checked: full size here in PA. I remembered our local Lexus dealer ordered all of his 2011 ES350 inventory with spoilers and bodyside moldings. I would think the reason was to make the car look a little different than the older models, hence you thinking that they were changed quite a bit. Plus more profit margin too.

For some reason I was thinking the spare was different then the other four wheels. I wanted to make sure so I can finally get the tire pressure dash warning light to turn off.
