Floor mats
Although I can unhook the Top mats, I cannot remove the clips so I can install the Weather Tech Mats. Seems like it is under lower carpets, Any help!

Both of the earlier responses offer good solutions to your problem and you can remove the clips from the carpet - just pull a little harder. And you might even break one but the dealer will replace it for you. I have pulled mine out more than one just removing the mats.

They pull up and out with some effort and snap back into place. When I first worked with them back in '06, I thought that Lexus should have done better than my Impala's hook system.

For those looking at the Weathertech line the floor liners are a hair more but have the hooks already there and are a bunch easier on heels if your wife drives the vehicle.
If you order from Weathertech they normally come with new hooks. I'm not sure about buying from the dealer?

I agree they got skimpy with the liners on the upper end IE ANYWHERE near the brake or gas pedals. At least they are for my 2011. My wife drives my car on occasion and the deep grooves tend to catch heels not to mention they are tougher to clean. As with everything in life you trade off one thing to get another.
I have the Weather Tech liners in a 2010 4-Runner and Husky Liners in a 2008 Avalanche. So far the Weather Tech products have won me after years of running Husky Liners.
