Default Cool Seats

I know my seats are not really cooled (opposite of heated) but when you turn on the cool portion of the seats, is there any way to tell if it is working at all? The heater part works OK but I cannot tell if the cool works.

Default cool seats

yes I have looked into this. I had the same complaint not very cool. I went to the dealer and they said everything was fine. They tested it by placing a tissue on the seat and you can see the air flow. Low tec but it worked.

What I learned form this forum you really need to set the ac to floor/dash so that cold air goes to the floor. The fan for the seats then sucks in the cold air. This made a HUGE difference. Also turn up the fan a couple notches.

Finally try adjusting the lumbar that seems to increase the air flow to the middle of the shoulders.

So it does work however it seems like the fan could work better. However when I do wear shorts it does get very cool

hope this helps

Ditto the moving of the ac to floor / dash combo. But it what direction do you move the lumbar to increase the shoulder cool?
