Default synthetic oil and wiper blades

I need to get the oil changed on my 08 ES350. I would like to go with Mobil 1. Which grade should I go for (car is in Northeast and is subject to cold winters and fairly hot summers)? Does the V6 is this car like synthetic or could it sludge? Does the oil life meter actually read how much life is left in the oil or is it based soley on mileage?

Also, the wiper blades are about nearing the end of their life. Besides getting them at the dealer, where can I purchase the inserts? Do camry blades fit?

Been using Mobil1 5W30 since new on our 2007 / no problems other than the loud lifter type noise in cool-cold weather but thats a trait on certain 2007 models / changing mostly on time basis - 4 months or 5,000 miles. The passenger side insert was only $6.45 at the Lexus dealer while the driver side blade is 24" and the insert would most likely be more. The whole driver's side blade is $54.70 at the dealer!

I called the dealer and they said that an 08 Camry blade insert fit the drivers side and 08Prius blade fit the passenger side. I then called a Toyota dealer and got pricing. Turns out that the Lexus blades are cheaper! $10 for right, $7 for left. Amazing.

I'm going to the Toyota dealer for a oil change with Mobil-1 5W-30. Lexus wanted $100 with a dino oil change and Toyota wanted $70 for a mobil-1 change. I can't even buy 7qts of mobil-1 oil, a plug gasket and a filter for that price.

I'm going to go ahead and change the air filter and cabin air filter myself (15k miles).

I use 0W-30 Mobil 1 in my 2008...it protects the engine better and gives you a small bump in mileage
