Good price on ES 350??
I'm looking at a level 2 option package ES 350.. mrsp ~38,XXX (heated/ventilated seats, HID, no nav). The local dealer is offering a flat 2K off this package. Is that a reasonable markoff at this time of year or should I try and get a better discount? Thanks for any advice you guys can give me!

the 2007 model year is almost over. go for a deeper discount.
2000 off is a joke. you're not even getting a UL or Nav model.
remember, invoice price is 12% off. He only gave you a measly 5.x%
go for 12%, but no less than 10% off. Tell him you'll ship a car from out of state if you have to.

I agree with the other posts. I got mine at 12+ % off of MSRP. It was the showroom model (in stock obviously) and they worked a very good deal.
My ES350 was:
UL package
Accessory Kit
E-Sport Wheel Upgrade
and a few others I can't remember but the sticker price was $45.8K.
I got him down to $40.1K, so that 2K offer is a bit on the greedy side. I remember my numbers so well because I just got mine this past Friday.

Has anyone been able to purchase the ES 350, prem plus with nav, MSRP 41,600 for $36,000 range in the N.J. area? I have heard there are dealers willing to accept that price range, but not sure where?

Supposedly they are a very competitive dealer.

RC is very competitive, but you have to make sure to tell them you are willing to go out-of-state for the best deal. They have a different attitude for "local" shoppers knowing that a lot of the people are stuck with either their Freehold or Oakhurst locations (both within 30 min from each other). Also, try to do internet negotiations. This will give you an extra leverage and will save you salesperson BS time.

I recently have a thread on this topic of my purchase at $35.5k on a Prem+ and Nav. and of course nobody believes me. That's OK, my 1 month old ES is sitting in the garage. Just scroll down and take a look.
Just like amf1932 said, Ray Catena is a good place to start shooting some numbers.
And to answer your question smith23; the ES without nav should get a DEEP discount as demand is WAY less. Most ESs are sold with prem plus nav. UL and base models are far in between. If I got 6K off sticker for my car, (14%+ discount!) you should get at least 7k off! Seriously, I would not pay more than $32k for an ES without nav.
