Your explanation may be fine and dandy...but you (still) haven't really explained to us less-knowledgeable folks in layman's terms as to what exactly is a "roadblock"; the only thing I've been able to gather from your posts is that the "roadblock needs to cover the front, top, and sides of the mirror". So on behalf of others--and if not, then just myself--what is a "roadblock"...besides something that prevents cars from continuing down a road?

You could be right about that...upon re-reading his post, it makes sense now...although FWIW--I have wind noise, but no "roadblock" on my side mirrors. In addition, in my case the wind noise is more towards the B-pillar; that, and the fact that the noise level increases if the mirror housing is pulled inwards (i.e., mirror parallel to the side window).

Yes Im Sorry , Road Block Is A Generic Term For 3m Clear Bra. When You Pulled The Mirror All The Way In You Make It Muck Worse, Try To Only Move It About 1 1/2 Inch In Either Direction.
