key fob
is there any way to lock all doors and trunk with the fob inside the car, without using the other fob to lock car doors, the car is being shipped to fl. and the shipper has to leave the fob in the car,i would have the other fob when i pick up the car i am concern that car cannot be locked and may be stolen.

Lock
If you use another fob and lock the car you can. There have been times my wife has left her purse in the car and I can lock it with mine. The door button will not work.

If the fob is left in the car, and the vehicle "see's" it - wouldn't I be able to simply walk up and grab the handle to get in? Would the door unlock?
I haven't got my ES yet, so I can't try it myself.

I'm not sure of an answer, so I can't really comment on it. I do remember a thread a while back that talked about not being able to lock the keys in the vehicle.
I can tell you this though - you can't lock the car unless you have the key with you. If for some reason you don't have the key on you and the car is already unlocked, you will not be able to lock the car. If you open the drivers door and then click the door lock button on the inside of the door, then close the door the vehicle will indeed lock. For about 10 seconds. Then all the doors will open again!
