JIC FLT-A2 PICS -- We Got It !!!!!! 56k beware.
Here it is JIC FLT-A2 Coilover for MVC20L
(update)
Finally installed. I must say "WOW" fearing that the Coilover will be overly firm I have install them and dial them in at the softest setting. The ride is amazing. It is as smooth as stock but the coilover were able to keep the sway controlled. Result in a very very smooth ride. Since body roll is greatly reduced aggressive turns seems smooth no more tire squeech. The owner of car thought that the FLT-A2 coilovers actually made the car smoother over all.
Coilover installed without aftermarket antisway bars.

This is my buddy's project. He also ordered:
JIC Magic FLT-A2 MVC20L
Whiteline front and rear sways (97-01 camry)
No-name front Strut brace (91+ camry)
Brembo slotted rotors
and EBC green stuff.
We are gambling that everything will work. I'll problably do the install.
The problem is understanding how to setup the 2 way adjustable JIC coilover to a default setting. instruction is in japanese.
all I know is that is MVC20 ES will drive like a different car. and will hang like it is on rail.
8K / 6K springs shouldn't be too hard on the ride.

Don't forget to tell your buddy to top off the JIC FLT-A2 with a JIC Bullet Exhaust for the MCV20.
BTW, you may have fitment problems with that no name strut bar. Go with the 99-up TRD Strut Bar replacement for the Solara (SC'ed 1MZ-FE V6 Solara version) instead of a plain one. This strut bar was made in order for the strut bar to clear the pulley belt. there is a part number for that. I don't recall it off the top of my head but Toyotaparts4u.com always carries it in stock.

we are going to do a second attempt to install the coilover this weekend. There is a gap issue with the strut mounting. we didn't want to "make it fit" until we got confirmation that there isn't a part number different from Camry / Solara to ES300.
It seem like we have to do a little modification to install it.

Wow! Can you convince your friend with a TRD RSB and a Whiteline FSB to go with the FLT-A2's?

Update. 97 lexus ES
Installed the Rear Sway bar I must say this car handles really well. almost no body roll compared to stock suspension.
running:
JIC FLT-A2 coilover at softest setting Lower all 4 corner to reduce gap to 1 finger gap.
18x8 Lowenhart wheels
Pirelli supersport tires
whiteline rear sway bars - (front sway on order)
Stock front sways (for now)
Just install 8000K HID conversion kit for Halogen Headlights
My friend the owner is extremely happy with the upgraded lighting and suspension. Ride is slightly firmer but still feel like a luxury car.
This is one of the slickest ES I've seen.
Also note. I adjusted the height using the strut adjustment perch (lower) and not the spring perch (upper). This makes big difference on keeping the smooth ride. adjusting the the strut perch means 2x or 3x the installation time. basically have to remove the strut to adjust the height. This process can have the install remove the installation 2 to 3 times before the desire heights is located. but it is all worth it in ride quality.
Only thing I didn't like is the damper adjustment is reversed located in the bottom. may need to buy a special Long -Long hex key to get to the adjustmen ****. The good side to reversed strut is that the shaft is 40mm dia which is much more robust looking than regular 10-15mm strut shaft.
