ES 300 Slip- Sliding
I recently purchased a 2000 es 300 as a daily driver. We've had a good amount of rain this fall and I've discovered that the car is quite squirrely in the rain. Straight line braking is always good, but I've had several occasions now where the car has spun out on freeway entrances ( curves ). On both occasions there was little to do but hold on until it did its thing and the end result was that the car was facing 180 degrees from the original direction of travel. Anybody have similar experience or can offer any advice beyond the usual suspects (tires, suspension, etc)?

1) Tires. Worn down, bad tread patter, or you have performance tires, those suck in the rain.
2) Speed. ES300 is for cruising, not taking corners.
3) Tire Pressure
4) Alignment
I would say tires are the main culprit though. In my experience, they can look fine but just a little wear can cause some tires to perform terribly
