Default ES 300 overheating issue

Hello I have a 2000 ES 300 that started throwing a po115 code and started running very warm & throwing out antifreeze out of the overflow tank. I replaced the engine coolant temp sensor from the above code. now on my way home I ran very hot again and the upper radiator hose & clamp came off of the radiator and so I added enough water to get home after cooling off first. I drained the water out of the radiator and added Toyota 50 / 50 antifreeze and all was good for a couple of days, now on my way home yesterday it started running hot again and the po115 code kept coming on again ( engine coolant temp sensor ) I just replaced this about a week ago. I do not see any coolant leaks other than spitting out some of the overflow when shut off.
I have 300M on this engine and all of the maint has been done including the waterpump a couple of years ago with the timing belt. I would appreciate any help here Is it possible that the engine coolant temp sensor I picked up at O Reilly is the problem? This seems to happen when it is very hot outside lately here Help!! Thanks

That doesn't sound good, but check or replace your radiator cap, your thermostat, and make sure that your fans come on.

Check if there is oil in the radiator fluid - can be a blown head gasket.
