Please list your head unit, car model and feature-set (Nakimichi, Mark Levinson) so others can help you.

Did you use a wiring harness adapter and does your HU support 2 sets of preouts (or 1 set that you used a Y connector for)?

Also, from personal experience, my 98 ES300 has a **** under the steering wheel that can be turned to control the volume of the lock beep, have you played around with anything under the dash?

Okay, so I figured out the beep. There's a volume **** under the dash. The factory head unit was the American one. I didn't see Mark Levinson or Nakimichi anywhere. The head unit I got is a pioneer fh-x720bt.

Are you sure your wiring harness is done up correctly? Make sure you connected the right colors together. (Quick Google search showed that some people connected their blue power antenna wire to the harness instead of their blue/white amplifier wire. Something similar could be happening in your case.) Is your HU grounded to the chassis?

For anyone wondering and can maybe help, XclusivOne has a 2000 ES300 Platinum, most likely a Pioneer system and the troubling speakers are 4 ohms, which the HU is rated for.

Wow, thanks *****! Yeah I wired the blue with the blue AND the blue/white! I'm guessing the blue/white should be isolated?

According to Metra (assuming you purchased a Metra harness), the blue and only blue wire is for the power antenna. The power antenna is a feature we don't see on the 2000 ES, so it should be isolated.

Optional:
Also note that your HU's illumination probably won't be linked to your car's lights (turning on head/taillights won't affect the screen's brightness) so you can fix that while you're at it. The only problem is sometimes you'll have to modify the harness which is a very annoying task in itself. (You have to take out one of the pins of the harness, e.g. the blue one you're gonna isolate, and move it to the place where the Orange/Illumination wire would be.)

Just took another look at your manual, is your SP-P/O mode set to REAR/SUB or SUB/SUB because the former is the one that should work.

And while REAR/SUB is set, play with your REAR-SP setting. I'm not familiar with any of this but FUL or SW may produce better results.

So its been a month, and I was able to resolve the speaker issue, and install a 10" Kicker Comp VR sub. So far everything is working beautifully, and I also installed the 10K PNP HID kit for the lows... Loving this car so far.
