My 99 es300 owner manual says NGK or Denso. Gap at 1.1mm (0.043 in.)

Edit:
Lol my bad thought op was asking for gap. I'm tired. I'll leave the above information just in case.

Numbers above are good guides, generally all are spec'd between 14 and 18lbs into an aluminum head. A TINY bit of anti-seize on the threads is good. Too much is not good.

It is not totally necessary to torque down spark plugs. Youre not driving a nascar. Tighten them GENTLY until they stop, and give about 1/4 a turn for tightness. I would be more of afraid of a messed up torque wrench ruining a head and stripping threads in aluminum than doing it by hand.

on my Honda's I've always done them to 16ft lbs with a torque wrench and never a problem. always add a bit of anti-seize on threads will save you a ton of headache later if they get seized in from corrosion.

next time, after you put the plugs in this way, get a good torque wrench and set it to 15, and see what happens. I did this once and was shocked how the old way barely tightened some of the plugs.

Lexus Master tech here, most lexus plugs i come across are either 16 or 17 ft/lbs.
