Front & Rear turn signals going out
My front and rear signal lights are on their way out (blinking extremely fast). To fix it would I just need to replace the bulbs or the fuse. This is a 2000 ES 300 by the way

If it were the fuse they would not blink at all. It's the bulbs...
The fronts are 1157 Amber, they are quite a pain to change out, you need to pull the corners, this requires you to remove the screw holding the corners in under the plastic cover that runs along the T-Bar. Look it up, there's videos on youtube how to replace.
