wheel fitment on 1999 es300?

Hello club Lexus members I'm new to this forum and have a question regarding wheel fitment on my 99 es300? I know 18s will fit but what offset range can I do on a 18x8.5 wide wheel and also the range for 18x 9.5 wide wheel? Here is a couple sets of wheels I'm looking at. Links are there too.
STR 520
Front: 18x8.5 +35
Rear: 18x9.5 +40.
