tail lights, corner lights and grill fit without any modification. headlights&foglights will require modification.

Hello everyone but doe anyone know if an 01es300 driver seat would fit a 98es300 I tore my wife driver seat up and would like to replace it?

For a fact they fit without mods ?

Hey Stanleykir,
If your ES300 is the same shape as the 1997/2001 ES then yes, the seats can be inter-changed, some models differ from country to country, in AUS the LS did not have electric assist seats where the LXS was fully optioned with everything. Hope that helps. I've still got my 97 LXS, best car ever :-) 280,000klms doesn't miss a beat.
